Join Us for the Central West WIMNet Networking Series!  
 Bring a friend and connect with industry peers at Central West WIMnet’s  
Networking Event—a fun and dynamic experience for women  
and men in mining and industry.  
 This popular series will take place across two locations in the Central  
West:  
    Parkes – 22nd April   
    Orange – 11th November   
  
At each event, our unique format will keep conversations flowing.  
Attendees will rotate between stations, where thought-provoking questions  
will spark discussion, encourage connections, and inspire ideas—all in a  
relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.  
  
No awkward introductions, no pressure—just great conversations, great  
company, and great networking. Enjoy drinks and finger food as you  
build valuable relationships across the industry.

Brooke has over 25 years of people, culture and leadership experience. She has gained a breadth of knowledge across complex IR/ER environments, diversity and inclusion, career coaching, culture transformation along with leadership development. She has achieved this through her diverse career pathway which extends across an international footprint. Brooke has been awarded Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining in recognition of her leadership and the successful implementation of cultural transformation following a large merge and acquisition.
She is a strong believer in celebrating individual differences and promoting everyone to have a voice at the table by sharing their unique perspectives. Brooke recently launched her own people and culture business Jessie Grace Pty Ltd. She took the brave leap out of Corporate life to create an opportunity to partner with diverse companies so she can make a positive difference in workplaces. Her mission is ignited by her dedication to increase workplace happiness.
