Through her keynotes, workshops, and digital programs, Tess has empowered thousands of leaders across the globe to re-train their brains, protect their energy, and lead from within.

When she’s not on stage or in the boardroom, Tess is a mother of four, stepmother, and wife, living the blend of leadership, family, and self-care she teaches.
