Have your say: Professional Employment Survey

Each year, AusIMM conducts a survey on the employment and experiences of resources professionals through the annual Professional Employment and Remuneration Survey, providing an insight into the current state of the market and key areas of policy for people working in mining.

The information gathered from the survey plays a key role in determining AusIMM’s priorities on advocacy, events and communication for the following year and beyond - helping us to drive outcomes relevant to our member’s needs.

It is important to have a representative sample from our membership to analyse and understand key issues for resources professionals, including this year, the impact of COVID-19 on the mining industry. The results of this survey are finalised in a report for industry on trends, themes, changes, and priorities for people working in mining.

AusIMM invites all members and professionals working in the industry to participate in this year’s annual survey and contribute to the strategic advocacy of the AusIMM.
