About this event

Co-hosted with the AusIMM Social and Environment Society, this virtual forum will introduce participants to the Society, its purpose and the role it plays in supporting stronger social and environmental practice across the resources sector.
 
Industry leaders from the Society will reflect on their own career journeys, offering perspectives from engineering, environmental practice and governance, showcasing how early-career professionals can build their capability and confidence in this evolving area.
 
Designed for students, graduates and professionals in the first five years of their careers, this session will offer practical insight into the breadth of career pathways connected to social and environmental performance in mining. It will also provide an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, broaden your network and better understand how to engage with AusIMM’s cross-disciplinary communities.
