Managing Director, Sedgman

Grant is the Managing Director of Sedgman, part of ACS Group, a global provider of mineral processing and infrastructure solutions. Appointed in 2017, he brings more than 20 years of experience across engineering, procurement and construction in the resources and energy industries. Grant has held multiple senior leadership roles within CIMIC Group, including Thiess General Manager and joint venture leadership positions, with responsibility for delivering major projects globally. His experience spans strategy, tendering, business development and large-scale project delivery across minerals processing and energy sectors. He has worked extensively on international projects and is known for leading complex operations and advancing technical capability in the critical minerals value chain. Under Grant’s leadership, Sedgman has expanded its footprint in North America and into Europe.
