Greg Kuenzel

Finance Director, Empire Metals

Greg Kuenzel is the Founder and Finance Director of Empire Metals (AIM: EEE, OTCQX: EPMLF), which is developing the Pitfield Titanium Project in Western Australia, the world's largest titanium resource. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Greg has more than 30 years’ experience, including senior management and board roles at listed and private natural resource companies. He specialises in corporate structuring, public listings, M&A and capital raising across several regulatory jurisdictions.

Greg began his career in audit and corporate services at Horwath Chartered Accountants (now BDO) in Perth before moving to London in 2003. Since then he has held senior roles in junior resource companies through exploration, discovery and early-stage development. He is also a partner at Westend Corporate LLP, a London based corporate advisory firm.

Greg has raised capital through difficult markets and helped take Pitfield from discovery to a resource of global significance. That gives him a front-line view of where critical minerals are heading and what it will take to deliver them.
