Nick Swain

Change & Experience Manager, Accenture

Nick is a Change and Experience Manager at Accenture in London, specialising in the Natural Resources industry.

He has over 10 years of international experience delivering change management on major projects, including mining and resources programmes, across Africa, Europe, South America and Australia. His work spans greenfield mine developments, ERP and digital deployments, new operating models, supply chain transformations, and the readiness, training and adoption programmes that support them, grounded in behavioural science and organisational psychology.

Nick holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick, and a BSc in Accounting & Finance from Warwick Business School.

Nick will be providing expertise throughout the Critical Minerals Forum, part of Australian Mining Week London.
