Allyship That Works webinar
This free webinar on Allyship That Works is presented by AusIMM - Driving Positive Change Together and facilitated by Diversity Australia and New Zealand.
About this event

Everyday ways to support colleagues and create more inclusive mining teams.
What does meaningful allyship look like in practice, and how can everyday actions help create a workplace where people feel heard, supported and able to succeed?
This practical webinar explores what it means to be an ally in the workplace and the role we can all play in building more inclusive teams. With a particular focus on women’s experiences in the resources sector, the session will consider how colleagues and leaders, particularly men, can use their influence to support others while respecting their voices, experiences and choices.
