Indra brings more than 20 years' corporate finance experience focused on the mining and energy sectors. She has advised executives, boards and investors on strategic reviews, mergers and acquisitions, transaction structuring, commercial negotiations and broader corporate finance matters across a diverse range of resource projects and businesses.

Prior to joining Xenith, Indra was an Executive Director at Bridge Street Capital, where she led M&A and corporate advisory engagements for energy and natural resources clients. Before that, she was an Executive Director at RFC Ambrian, a specialist corporate finance advisory firm, where she led corporate finance assignments across the oil and gas sector and co-managed the firm's investment fund.

Working alongside Xenith's engineering, geology, environment and advisory teams, Indra will help clients bridge the gap between technical excellence and commercial decision-making.
