Speaker/s
Justine Youl
Having spent years on-site watching workers struggle with clunky, text-heavy reporting tools, Justine set out to build a better way to capture incidents, hazards, and near misses, one that matches how frontline workers actually communicate. SiteSherpa's voice and video-native approach is the product of that firsthand insight, combining deep operational safety experience with a genuine belief that better data starts with easier reporting.
Justine is passionate about reshaping safety culture on site by removing the friction between what happens in the field and what gets recorded.
