About this event
The Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves ('the JORC Code') is a professional code of practice that sets minimum standards for Public Reporting of minerals Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves.
The Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) initiated an update to the Code to address issues identified in the application of the Code since it was last revised.
JORC will present an update on the JORC Code Review, including the direction of changes to date. There will be an opportunity to submit questions.
The webinar will be recorded and made available on the JORC website when available.

Graham Jeffress
Graham was a Federal Councillor/board member (including Company Secretary and Treasurer) of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists for 11 years and joined the Joint Ore Reserves Committee in 2014, stepping into the chair role in 2026.
Andrew Hall
With over 30 years of mining and management experience across more than 40 countries, his expertise spans strategy optimisation, business transformation, feasibility studies, and technical due diligence of underground and open pit metalliferous mining projects. He has written numerous technical papers and overseen the Public Reporting of Ore and Mineral Reserves under multiple international codes. Andrew is the Vice Chair of JORC having represented the AusIMM on the committee since 2020.
Ann Ledwidge
Most recently Ann was General Manager Exploration at Mako Gold, an ASX-listed mineral exploration company which she co-founded, until the takeover by Aurum Resources. Ann was responsible for all aspects of exploration and led the team that discovered the 868,000 ounce Napié gold deposit and the Niou deposit currently being developed by Nordgold.
