About this event
Consulting in the resources sector offers opportunity to work on a variety of projects around the world. Companies need consultants to supplement internal skill sets or to provide an objective or external view.
So, if you chose this path during your career or decide to transition to consulting at some point, what is it that makes a consultant successful? How do you source work and sell your expertise? How do you deliver the scope in time and budget to ensure your clients will use your services again?
How do you give you opinion professionally, especially if you need to deliver good news and bad? How do you develop and maintain client relationships? What does the future of consulting look like?
This presentation will cover what works versus what doesn’t.
