About this event
Following the success of previous sold-out WIMnet NSW Leadership Days, this year’s workshops aim to:
- Empower Attendees– Equip participants with the internal leadership skills necessary to advance into higher leadership positions.
- Develop Leadership Skills and Networks– Enhance leadership capabilities while fostering connections among women and men in the industry.
We’re excited to announce that the 2026 Leadership Day series will be held in three locations: Orange, Wollongong, and the Hunter Valley. Each location will feature identical session content to ensure consistency in message, delivery, and outcomes. Attendees are welcome to join any location that suits their schedule.
Facilitator
The workshops will be facilitated by Shelley Johnson, who has led a large Human Resources teams for more than a decade, coaching executives and managers to become leaders people want to follow and helping organisations build high-performing teams. Shelley is an author, speaker and columnist whose work has been featured through major Australian publications including The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald. Shelley also hosts the awardrecognised leadership podcast This is Work, which has supported thousands of professionals in developing their leadership capability.
