Women in Mining Network of South Australia (WIMnetSA) is proud to announce the return of the Breaking Ground Mentoring Program.

Build on more than 10 years of success, Breaking Ground continues to support growth and progress by creating meaningful connections for women across the mining and resources sector through mentoring, shared experience and professional development.

Breaking Ground is designed to support participants to build confidence, broaden networks, strengthen leadership capability and gain valuable perspectives through shared experience across the mining and resources industry. Beyond individual mentoring partnerships, Breaking Ground creates a strong community that supports connection, collaboration and lasting professional relationships long after the program concludes.
