Amanda Blesing is an executive coach, facilitator and author who works with women navigating senior roles in complex, masculine dominated environments including mining, energy and infrastructure. With over a decade of experience advising executives, boards and organisations, Amanda is known for helping capable women move from being reliable contributors to visible, influential leaders. Her work focuses on the often-unspoken gap between performance and progression, what she calls the missing 33% of career strategy.
