AusIMM is committed to empowering all people in the resources sector and advancing Diversity and Inclusion through advocacy and education.
Each year AusIMM conducts research into the experience of people in the resources sector through our annual Diversity and Inclusion survey.
The survey is open now, and preliminary findings will be shared at our International Women’s Day Events Series during February and March.
We capture views, concerns, ideas regardless of gender. The finding help us to continue to provide training and professional development to all mining professionals, such as our masterclass series.
We value your input and insights to help us identify challenges and opportunities in our industry and drive positive change.
The survey should take around 10 minutes and your responses will be anonymous.

Upon completing the survey, you can choose to go into a draw to win one (1) $500 AUD eGift Pay card.
The survey will close Sunday 24th March and the prize awarded in early April.

AusIMM has commissioned Quantum Market Research, an independent research agency, to collect the survey data. AusIMM will only receive results in a de-identified form.
