Celebrate the achievements of women in mining at AusIMM’s International Women’s Day Melbourne event
Join us for a delicious two-course lunch with drinks and enjoy the inspiring presentation from keynote speaker, Nyadol Nyuon.
Nyadol Nyuon, born in a refugee camp in Itang, Ethiopia, and raised in Kakuma Refugee camp in Kenya, is a vocal advocate for human rights, multiculturalism, the settlement of people with refugee experiences and those seeking asylum.
In 2022, Nyadol was awarded an Order of Australia Medal in recognition of her service to human rights and refugee women.
We look forward to celebrating and networking with attendees in Melbourne.
