Graham Jeffress

Chair of the Joint Ore Reserves Committee

Graham is a geologist with over 35 years' experience in exploration geology and management. He has worked in exploration (ranging from grassroots reconnaissance through to brownfields, near-mine, and resource definition), project evaluation and mining in a variety of geological terrains, commodities, and mineralisation styles within Australia and internationally. His current focus is independent technical reports (IGR, CPR, QPR, ITE) and valuations of mineral assets. Graham has worked for large companies, juniors , government and been self-employed. He has worked in consulting for the past 15 years for predominantly small companies.

Graham was a Federal Councillor/board member (including Company Secretary and Treasurer) of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists for 11 years and joined the Joint Ore Reserves Committee in 2014, stepping into the chair role in 2026.
