Site Tour inclusive of a stop at the AHS Building and South Pit Lookout and a drive past the Crusher & COS then through the Plant.
South32 Boddington Bauxite Mine Tour
Curious about our Bauxite mine and how we manage our footprint? Join the South32 Worsley Alumina team on our mine site tours for a firsthand look at our mining practices and rehabilitation efforts. Please wear long pants, long sleeve shirt and closed in shoes for entry to the mine.
Site visit schedule
- 7.00am - 9:00am: Guests meet at PCEC and depart to Boddington Village
- 9.00am - 9:30am: Induction and Morning Tea (with Paul Hughes & John O’Donnell)
- 9.30am - 11:30am: Mine site tour via bus – map below
- 11:30am - 12:00pm: Travel to South32 Boddington Bauxite Mine
- 12:00pm - 2:00pm: South32 Boddington Bauxite Mine Tour
- 2:00pm - 4:00pm: Return to PCEC

Attendees must wear long pants, a long sleeve shirt, and steep cap boots. All jewellery (including hoops, chains, and rings) must be removed. Other requirements will be provided by the site.
