Replacing Minerals Council of Australia's (MCA) Tania Constable's address, Chris McComber (General Manager of Sustainability, MCA) will deliver his technical and intriguing keynote presentation that will compliment the themes on Day 2:

• Effective regulatory frameworks for mine life and beyond
• Innovative rehabilitation and closure solutions
• Incentivising innovation through valuation options.

Having over 25 years’ experience working in geoscientific, environmental and sustainability policy, and practice in the public and private sectors both in Australia and overseas, Chris leads key initiatives supporting the minerals industry’s environmental, social and governance performance, including implementation of the Towards Sustainable Mining system in Australia.

In 2018, he worked with the International Council on Mining and Metals, focusing on global water issues.

We look forward to hearing Chris's keynote presentation, delivered on Day 2, Session 6.
