Throughout his career, Marco has worked as an executive consultant and business improvement leader, delivering transformation and operational excellence programs for some of the world’s largest mining companies. He has extensive experience working with senior leadership teams and Boards, providing strategic insights across process optimisation, operational performance, technology and digital transformation.

Marco has led the development and implementation of continuous improvement frameworks and transformation programs across mining operations, with a strong focus on delivering sustainable business value. His experience spans operational improvement, process mapping, automation, emerging digital technologies, data analytics and the development and execution of technology roadmaps.

He is passionate about transforming complex operations through practical innovation, leveraging technology, data and continuous improvement to improve productivity, efficiency and long-term operational performance.
