Rachel Manger

Superintendent of Mine Automation and Electrification, Newmont

Rachel Manger is a qualified Mining Engineer, and has worked in both open cut and underground operations across the resources sector in technical, operational and leadership roles. Since joining Newmont in 2018, Rachel has worked on projects in South America and Australia.

In 2020 Rachel was appointed to the role of Underground Production Superintendent at Newmont Tanami, leading a team of almost 180 people.
Rachel is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the resources sector, and the important place it has increasing safe workplaces and high performance outcomes.

In July 2022, Rachel was appointed to the role of Superintendent of Mine Automation and Electrification.
