Mine Ventilation Education and Research Tour – Simtars and the University of Queensland

This tour will provide attendees with an in-depth visit of facilities at the University of Queensland (UQ) and Simtars centre for mining safety and health research. Guests will be able to view ongoing research projects, experimental facilities and engage with educational and research personnel committed to advancing the education, science and safety of mine ventilation in Australia and around the world.

Inclusions:

• Small group tour of each facility
• Return bus transport from the Gold Coast (QT Hotel, Conference venue)
• Option for Brisbane based visitors to meet the group at UQ for transfers between UQ and Simtars.
• Lunch for guests hosted at Simtars.
