Michelle is CEO of Gippsland Critical Minerals, where she leads the business and technical workstreams in a significant re-scoping of the strategically important Fingerboards Project in Victoria. The project aims to strengthen Australia’s critical minerals supply chain and deliver lasting benefits for regional communities. Michelle brings 25 years of leadership experience across business and public policy. She previously served as Australian Head of Consulting at Bondi Partners and held executive leadership roles at AGL, Uber ANZ, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Michelle holds a Master of Business.
