Tim Kenefick is a chemical engineer with 15 years’ experience in the mining industry, spanning mine site operations and equipment manufacturing. He has worked extensively as a process engineer and technical expert across a broad range of minerals processing technologies

Throughout his career, Tim has been at the forefront of technology development, leading the adoption of new digital solutions and driving workforce upskilling to transform how digital platforms are implemented into operations.

Tim joined Weir Minerals in 2018 and has spent the past seven years working in Digital Solutions. Most recently, he was appointed Regional Digital Implementation and Adoption Engineer, where he leads Weir’s APAC digital team, supporting customers in successfully deploying and embedding digital technologies across their operations.
