Tracey Drew

Principal Consultant (Global Innovation Lead), SRK

Tracey Drew is a Principal Consultant (Global Innovation Lead) at SRK. She sets the strategic direction for the Innovation Group and enables teams worldwide to turn ideas and creativity into practical solutions. Tracey also serves as Chair of the Technical Committee (TeCo). TeCo promotes SRK’s culture of excellence, discovery and innovation by encouraging collaboration across offices and supporting staff to develop new technologies.

Tracey started her career as an Environmental Scientist specialising in contaminated land management. She has decades of international experience focused on contamination source identification and control, remediation assessments, rehabilitation strategies and project management.

Before relocating to Australia in 2023, Tracey worked in South Africa as Data Services Manager and Contaminated Land Specialist, while also supporting strategic innovation initiatives within SRK. She served on the steering committee for the Network for Industrially Contaminated Land (NICOLA) from 2017 and was Chair from 2020 to 2022. NICOLA provides a platform for contaminated land management in South Africa and promotes science-based, sustainable best practice across the African contaminated land sector.

From her base in Perth, Tracey now leads and expands SRK’s data services and innovation initiatives across the global practice.
