Following a 30-year career across Australia in the mining, energy, and transport sectors across Australia, with almost a decade as an executive, Megan is now pursuing a portfolio career as a Leadership Coach and Non-Executive Director.

In addition to Leadership Coaching and Consulting, Megan is the Chair of the Freight and Logistics Council of WA and a Non-Executive Director with Pacific Energy Group.

Megan is a long-time advocate for gender balance in historically male-dominated industries and occupations and is the 2021 winner of the Industry Advocate category of the National Women in Industry Awards.

Like any self-respecting Portfolio Careerist Megan also has a side hustle.  Megan is an avid reader and interviews global leadership experts for conferences as well as both fiction and non-fiction authors for writers festivals and bookstores.
