Michael brings over 25 years’ experience with Partners In Performance part of Accenture, specialising in transformations, operational improvement organisational redesign, and capital optimisation in the resources sector. He brings deep experience diagnosing full potential, ‘wiring’ up businesses to drive accountability, and delivering bottom line results. Michael was also a Non-Executive Director at Coates, one of Australia’s larger private equity investments, a Strategy Consultant with McKinsey, and an Engineer with Comalco – Rio Tinto.
