Patrick Heffernan – Senior Engineer (Mining)
A 2017 UOW graduate, Patrick has built an impressive career across multiple roles and operations. He now leads a team of engineers at Lake Cowal, overseeing short-term planning and drill and blast design for open-cut operations.

Taylor McDonald – Shift Supervisor, Evolution Mining
A 2022 UNSW graduate, Taylor brings diverse experience from both consulting and operations. She now plays a key leadership role as a Shift Supervisor at Evolution’s Lake Cowal mine.
