The Southern Queensland Branch invites you to their Annual Meeting and St Barbara’s Day celebration — an evening to reflect on the successes of the Branch in 2025 and connect with your AusIMM peers.

The Branch Chair will share highlights from the past year, present a brief financial overview, and outline plans and priorities for the year ahead,  and take a vote on the 2026 Branch committee.  

Following the formalities of the meeting attendees will have the opportunity to network with pizza and drinks provided.Come along to celebrate our achievements, network with fellow professionals, and help us mark this important occasion in the AusIMM calendar.

Call for Nominations for the 2026 Southern Queensland Branch Committee 

Our committee is made up of industry-based professionals who donate their time in support of the AusIMM and their Branch members. The committee organises and run professional development and networking events providing access to industry knowledge, advocacy, and career development for our members. They also support AusIMM conferences and events in Brisbane, as well as the Student Chapter and New Professionals Network.

We encourage everyone who can donate their time and skills to consider nominating for the 2026 Southern Queensland Branch Committee. You may nominate as a General Member, or for one of the key roles described on this document.
