Building on the success of AusIMM's International Women's Day lunches held since 2019, the 2026 Event Series is set to welcome over 3,000 industry professionals attending nationally. This is the biggest national event for resources that celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion, drives meaningful change, and strives to build a culture of safety and respect.

Brooke has over 25 years of people, culture and leadership experience. She has gained a breadth of knowledge across complex IR/ER environments, diversity and inclusion, career coaching, culture transformation along with leadership development. She has achieved this through her diverse career pathway which extends across an international footprint. Brooke has been awarded Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining in recognition of her leadership and the successful implementation of cultural transformation following a large merge and acquisition.
She is a strong believer in celebrating individual differences and promoting everyone to have a voice at the table by sharing their unique perspectives. Brooke recently launched her own people and culture business Jessie Grace Pty Ltd. She took the brave leap out of Corporate life to create an opportunity to partner with diverse companies so she can make a positive difference in workplaces. Her mission is ignited by her dedication to increase workplace happiness.
