Many women in mining work hard to deliver results and keep the wheels turning, yet still feel uncertain about how to shape their next move, influence senior stakeholders, or manage upwards without it becoming exhausting.

This practical, discussion-rich half-day workshop is designed to help women step back from day-to-day delivery and think strategically about their careers.

Participants will explore:

• Why strong performance doesn’t always translate into progression;
• How to build a clear, realistic career roadmap without burnout;
• Manage upwards as a leadership skill, not politics; and how  to
• Communicate impact, priorities and boundaries with confidence.

This session is ideal for career-minded women at any stage. It’s never too early, or too late, to be intentional.

Participants will leave clearer, more confident and better equipped to take control of their career direction in a demanding industry.
