About CRIRSCO
CRIRSCO was founded in 1994 and has grown from the founding five member organisations, to an association representing fifteen national reporting organisations that are responsible for developing mineral reporting codes and guidelines in Australasia (JORC), Brazil (CBRR), Canada (CIM), Chile (Comisión Minera), Colombia (CCRR), Europe (PERC), India (NACRI), Indonesia (KOMBERS | KCMI), Kazakhstan (KAZRC), Mongolia (MPIGM), Philippines (PMRCC), Russia (OERN), South Africa (SAMREC), Turkey (UMREK) and the USA (SME).
The aim of CRIRSCO is to contribute to earning and maintaining trust by promoting high standards of reporting of mineral deposit estimates (Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves) and of exploration.
The CRIRSCO Template provides a framework for the CRIRSCO-aligned reporting codes and standards which provide rules and guidance on public reporting for the benefit of investors or potential investors in mining and exploration companies.
