Dr Allan Costine

Research Team Leader, CSIRO Mineral Resources

Allan Costine is a Research Scientist and Team Leader in the Critical Minerals Group within CSIRO Mineral Resources, covering the areas of lithium, graphite, and high purity alumina. He has worked at CSIRO for 20 years and holds BSc and PhD degrees in industrial chemistry from the University of Limerick, Ireland. His research activities include assisting companies with flowsheet development and optimisation along with purification and downstream processing to battery grade chemicals.
