I have spent the last 15 years working within the mining industry. My passion is to implement economic and social sustainability practices into business, because having engaged and fulfilled employees can only add to our industry and communities.

Corporate social responsibility, IFC sustainability framework, psychosocial hazards, environmental impact mitigation, I have spent the last 20 years actively engaged in these issues and travelled around the world and Australia to engage in programs and conferences, including the UN, to not only identify where we can better business but also providing real solutions and outcomes.

I have also spent the last 5 years working with ISO certified businesses to help maintain quality, safety and environmental standards, so understand how having strong processes and systems allows businesses to thrive.
