Group Head of Safety, Thiess

Rodo has more than 35 years of experience across mining, oil and gas, safety and operations in Australia and overseas. He began his career as an underground operator in Western Australia in the early 1990s and has since progressed through operational, management and corporate leadership roles, now serving in a global leadership role with Thiess. Passionate about making workplaces safer every day, Rodo leads the Thiess Group’s global approach to Safety, Health and Security. He works with the Executive Leadership Team and operational leaders to strengthen these critical functions across the business.
