BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) Tour

On this tour, see the The BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) 2-year program in action. A 50:50 joint venture between BHP and Mitsubishi Development, it offers technical and professional development accelerated learning opportunities within one of BHP's commodities working in site-based teams, on projects or supporting operational teams.

At the end of the program there is the opportunity to stay in the same commodity or find an opportunity elsewhere in BHP. The Graduate program begins in mid-February each year with recruitment opening in the March prior. There is also a 12-week intern program from November to February for university students in 2nd year through to penultimate year of study.
