Shivika joined NextOre in 2019 and has been instrumental in driving the company's technological advancements and innovation strategies. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees the development and integration of cutting-edge solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity for clients in the mining sector. Prior to her role at NextOre, Shivika served as the Technology Integration Manager at CSIRO, where she led the commercialisation of critical Magnetic Resonance and X-ray technologies within the Sensing and Sorting program. With over 12 years of expertise spanning business strategy, project management, product development, and engineering, Shivika has a proven track record of bringing novel technologies and processes to market. Shivika holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Her professional journey also includes extensive experience managing projects for advanced technologies in iron and steel plants, further highlighting her versatile and impactful contributions to industrial innovation.
