Fay is a seasoned global executive leader with over 30 years of experience in the Resources and Business Consulting sectors, specialising in business, operational, and digital transformation.

She currently leads the Industry X business and Supply Chain & Operations for APAC at Accenture, focusing on enhancing Manufacturing, Production, and Engineering sectors.

Previously, Fay served as the CIO at Rio Tinto, where she transformed the IT function to align with business strategy and held leadership roles at Suncor Energy and Sasol Limited, driving significant digital and organisational changes.

Her consulting career began at Arthur Andersen in London, extending her expertise across global markets, particularly in Energy, Resources, and Utilities.

Fay rejoined Accenture in 2021 as the Global Natural Resources Industry Leader and has held senior positions at Deloitte Canada and Accenture in Canada and South Africa. An international professional, Fay has worked in various countries, engaging with company boards, governments, and executive teams.
