Paul Williams is the Managing Director for the Mining business for WSP | Calibre, Australia and Indonesia. 

As a business, we see the importance of collaboration and social performance in Mining and all heavy industrial sectors to drive innovation and shared learnings on the path to decarbonisation. 

Paul has over 25 years’ experience in business design, change management, large project implementation and review and asset acquisition. Paul has led and directed many high- value, complex, local and international assignments and has knowledge and experience in both finance and engineering.

Paul champions WSP’s Inclusion & Diversity committee and is passionate about bringing change to gender gaps in the workplace and supporting more women into leadership roles.
