Joe Luxford has spent over 40 years involved in the project development, construction and operational management of both metal and coal mines in Australia. He also consults to the mining industry around Australia and internationally.

His specialities are mining contracts and mine access engineering and construction, underground mine development and commisioning, shaft boring and sinking, and arbitration and mediation of construction contract disputes.
