Overview

Presenters will guide an interactive format covering key areas of mining contract management, including:

• Implementing systems to administer the contract
• Managing contracts for win -win outcomes
• Resolving disputes and claims

The workshop attracts senior mining engineers and managers from both miners and contractors looking for ways to improve their knowledge and understanding of setting up the right contract for their project, managing their projects for success and options to resolve disputes when they arise.
