Ivy graduated from Curtin University in Western Australia, and is a corporate and resource governance specialist, with over 30 years’ experience in mining and resource estimation as a geologist. She served as the national geology and mining adviser for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) from 2009–2015. Ivy’s experience in the mining industry in Australia and China, as an operations and consulting geologist includes open pit and underground mines for gold, manganese and chromite, and as a consulting geologist she has conducted mineral project evaluation, strategy development and implementation, through to senior corporate management roles

Ivy joined CSA Global in 2015 as a Principal Consultant, and has advised on listings and other commercial transactions on the Australian, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canadian and UK stock exchanges. Ivy is a director of Horizon Power, a state government entity supplying power to regional Western Australia, a former non-executive director for Battery Minerals listed on in the ASX, a director of Multicultural Futures a not-for-profit organisation supporting migrants and refugees in their first 5 years in Australia, and is a member of the VALMIN committee, and a past chair and committee member for the Perth branch of the AusIMM. Ivy is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ course.
