Quantum Market Research: Prize Draw – AusIMM Member Satisfaction Survey 2023
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
- The promoter is Quantum Market Research (Aust) Pty Ltd [ABN 55 090 917 285] trading as Quantum Market Research, Level 3, 650 Chapel Street, South Yara, Victoria 3141 (Promoter).
- Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid. By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to agree with these terms of entry.
- This competition is a game of chance.
- The competition commences on Friday 27th October 2023 at 9:00AM AEDT and ends on Sunday 19th November at 11:59PM AEDT (the Competition Period).
HOW TO ENTER
- Entry into the competition is only open to participants in AusIMM’s Member Satisfaction survey (Survey) who are aged 18 and over (Eligible Entrants).
- To be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must:
- complete all questions in the Survey;
- provide valid contact details including their full name, email address and contact phone number; and
- complete the survey by the competition end time and date.
- Eligible Entrants must not be an employee of Quantum Market Research, employee of AusIMM or an AusIMM Director or their related entities and must not have any immediate family members who are employees of the AusIMM, Board Directors or the Promoter or their related entities.
- Eligible Entrants can enter only once.
- All valid entries are automatically entered into the prize draw.
- There are up to five (5) individual prizes to be won. Each prize consists of:
- a $100AUD Prezzee e-gift card (www.prezzee.com.au) for Australian members, OR;
- a $100AUD credit to use on any AusIMM product (for international members)
delivered via email (Prize). For Australian members to be used at Australian retail stores (both online and in-store). For international members to be used at www.ausimm.com
- The total prize pool for the competition is AUD$500.
PRIZE DRAW & NOTIFICATION
- The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 13th December at 11:00AM AEDT at Quantum Market Research, Level 3, 650 Chapel Street, South Yarra, Vic, 3141. The winner/s will be drawn as well as runners up (for where prizes are unclaimed).
- Winners will be contacted by email within five business days of the draw.
- Prizes will be emailed out once winners have confirmed their email address.
- Should the prize remain unclaimed after one month of the draw and Quantum Market Research has made every effort to contact them with the information provided by the entrant, then the prize will be awarded to the runner/s up drawn.
- Quantum Market Research accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, or injury incurred in connection with taking up the prizes.
- The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or other incentives.
GENERAL TERMS
- This is a game of chance. There is no element of skill involved in this competition and responses throughout the survey will not be used in the process of selecting a winner. The winner will be selected randomly by the promoter.
- The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory, or defamatory images or language or when the judges reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights, or if there has been a breach of the terms and conditions. The judges' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- All entries become and remain the property of Quantum Market Research.
- Quantum Market Research assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including, but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the rights in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. Subject to State Regulation.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
- If this Competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the Competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
- All details of the entrants will be used and preserved in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Privacy Officer by phoning (03) 9289 9500. Unless otherwise notified, Quantum Market Research may use the entries and details of entrants for promotional and publicity purposes.
