How do I renew my membership online?
- Log in to your account on the AusIMM website.
- Click on your profile image at the top right of the screen to access your dashboard.
- On your dashboard, click on My Membership > Manage Now OR renew under My Subscriptions

What is my yearly AusIMM membership fee?
All AusIMM membership subscription fees can be viewed here.
What happens if I don't renew my membership on time?
If your membership is not renewed by the due date, your membership may be suspended and you will lose access to your member benefits.
When is my membership valid to?
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of renewal. To view this date, log into your member dashboard and go to ‘My Membership’. Your key membership details can be found on this page and you are also able to print this page for confirmation of your membership.
Can I change my membership type?
Yes, you can transfer your membership to a higher grade at any time but first, you must renew at your current grade. Then you can apply for a grade transfer, and will only need to pay the difference.
Why can’t I add my renewal to the cart?
Please check the browser you are using; Internet Explorer is not supported. Compatible browsers include Edge, Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
Have your working circumstances changed?
If you aren't currently working, transitioning into retirement or facing circumstances that affect your ability to renew your AusIMM membership, you may be eligible for a reduced renewal rate. Check if you are eligible for a reduced rate here and contact our Member Services team to find out more or apply.
I require a copy of my invoice.
To get your invoice, first add your renewal to cart, confirm your details and select to pay by EFT or BPAY. If you select EFT or BPAY (at the Payment step in Checkout) you will be emailed payment instructions.
Once you have made payment, you can view, print or download a copy of your tax invoice from your member dashboard, under Order History by clicking 'View' on the order receipt.
I require a copy of my receipt.
Please log into your member dashboard and click on Order History. From here you can view, print or download a copy of your receipt.
Why is the full membership fee showing on my renewal page?
The renewal page lists the full fee for your membership grade including Australian GST, once you add the renewal to cart any retired and concessional discounts will be updated on the next page, this also will deduct the GST for our international members.

I do not have a credit card to pay online
If you do not wish to pay by Credit/Debit card, you can pay by EFT or BPAY. When you reach the 'Payment' stage of the 'Checkout' process, you will be able to select EFT or BPAY, after which you will be emailed payment instructions.
What if my email has changed?
You can update your email address from your Dashboard from the 'My Details' section. Click 'Change my email address'. A verification code will be sent to your new email address for you to confirm the change.
