We showcase leadership through our annual Consultants Society Award.

We are active in providing guidance to shape careers and advance standards through our initiatives including:

• Mineral Consultants handbook and our new course, Establishing a New Mineral Consultancy
• Study process guideline, and our Study process course, now in its fourth year.
• Consultants Society Forum - next one will be held in May 2026

We are available to our membership by attending major AusIMM conferences and representing our Society to the broader AusIMM membership.

ConSoc promotes mining industry consultants in the community via the Consultants Directory. The Minerals Industry Consultants Association (MICA), previously operated independently to the ConSoc however has now combined to work as a single operating entity.
