Graham is a father of two living by the "happy wife, happy life" dictum with varying success. He is a qualified engineer, mineral economist, and project manager who tries to bridge the gap between the theoretical world of great business practices and the real world of great business outcomes. He is a longstanding member of AusIMM and has been designing, building, operating, and maintaining mineral processing plants for more than 15 years. Graham is currently running the operations and maintenance division of Primero Group and is a non-executive director of Barton Gold.
