Phil Hearse is the founder and Chairman of International Graphite. He is a metallurgist with over 45 years industry experience. He has worked in technical and operating roles at Bougainville Copper, Queensland Nickel and Gove Alumina. He founded the metallurgical consulting company Normet, providing services to the growing gold industry in Western Australia and internationally. Phil was then Director Advisory of GRD Minproc. For the past 15 years, he has been Director of the consultancy company BatteryLimits providing process engineering and project development services to the mining industry. Phil has been heavily involved in the graphite industry for the past eight years.
