Synopsis

This program provides participants with the insights they need to build, and improve their influence and rapport, with key stakeholders. With the rise of matrix style organisational structures, influencing plays an increasing role in being able to collaborate effectively with individuals, and teams across the organisation. Participants will gain insights into their influencing style and the importance of personal brand. They will also explore how to improve their brand value, and presence, through practical exercises that include the adoption of winning behaviours and enhanced communication skills.

The program will also look to introduce the Hermann Brian Dominance Instrument (HBDI®) framework to help participants identify their preferred thinking styles, and understand how this impacts on their communication. HBDI is the worldwide standard for measuring thinking preferences and brain dominance, and is a very powerful way to measure the level of diversity within a team: diversity of thinking styles and professional strengths. People analyse, think, make decisions and communicate differently. HBDI highlights these differences and provides a practical framework to identify, understand and value the perspectives that each individual brings to the group. Team members will have more effective interactions, and become better communicators.
