Renata has worked in the resources industry for 20 years in a diverse portfolio of functions including HR & Capability, Safety & Health, Risk Management & Audit, Industrial Relations, Communications, Community Engagement, and IT.
Renata’s career, which has seen her operate in roles & projects around Australia and Internationally, has been recognized when she was awarded in 2020 the NSW Exceptional Woman in Mining Award and then went on to be the first NSW nominee to win the Exceptional Woman in Australian Resources Award for her leadership and work within the industry.
Renata is the creator of the website “They Who Share Their Stories” offering a platform for stories to be shared and inspire others to take their own journey towards workplace inclusion, and is the author of a series of children’s books called Join Jackson’s Journey, which is designed to strengthen the leaders of today and build the leaders of tomorrow.

Lucy McClean is a passionate advocate and leader in the resources industry, first starting over 25 years ago in a resources exploration company. Over her career, Lucy has been a pioneer in ESG (environment, social/community, governance), champion of diversity and inclusion and has had extensive experience in advocacy, policy and strategy across multiple sectors in energy and resources.
Working across government, industry and community, she has expansive national and international connections. Lucy has initiated, led and delivered important industry benchmark documentation and strategic advice. She has been the voice for industry and has been solving problems, contributing to strategy and providing advice for decades.
Lucy received international recognition in 2022 as one of ‘100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining’ (WIM100) and in 2023 she was named as Inclusion and Diversity Champion in the Australian National Women in Resources Awards and the NSW Women in Mining Awards.
Lucy is Immediate Past Chair of Women in Mining NSW (WIMnet NSW) and has experience across Ministerial and Government Advisory boards.
